Earned Everyday was built on a simple truth we live by: real confidence is earned through hard work, resilience, and belief—every single day.

We started Earned Everyday for our six children—and for families everywhere—who believe sports are about more than wins and losses. They’re about character. They’re about showing up when it’s hard. And they’re about learning that effort today builds confidence for life.

From Service to Sidelines

Earned Everyday was founded by husband-and-wife Veterans Crystal & Matthew Rorebeck, both retired U.S. Army Majors with 46 combined years of military service. Through multiple deployments, relocations, and the demands of military life, we raised a blended family of six children grounded in discipline, resilience, and teamwork.

When you serve in the military, you learn quickly that nothing meaningful comes easy—and that mindset carried straight into our home. Challenges weren’t roadblocks; they were opportunities to grow.

Why Youth Sports Matter to Us

Youth athletics played a vital role in keeping our family connected through constant change. Sports gave our kids consistency, confidence, and an outlet to grow mentally and physically—even during long separations and transitions.
