Earned Everyday โ€“ Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Earned Everyday. We are committed to delivering high-quality custom apparel as efficiently as possible. Because all products are made-to-order through our production partner (Apliiq), shipping timelines may vary slightly by item.


1. Order Processing & Production

  • Standard processing time is 1โ€“3 business days.
  • All apparel items are made to order with our production partner.
  • Our typical production window isย up to 2 weeks depending on the product type and season - On Average One Week for Production should be expected.
  • Orders with customization or specialty items may require additional production time.
  • You will receive an email confirmation once your order begins production.

2. Domestic Shipping (United States)

  • After production, orders typically arrive within 2โ€“7 business days.
  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, delivery speed, and destination.
  • Heavier items (hoodies, multiple garments) may ship at upgraded rates.
  • A tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as your order leaves the facility.

3. International Shipping

We offer international shipping to most countries worldwide.

  • International shipping fees are calculated at checkout.
  • Delivery timelines vary depending on the destination and customs processing.
  • Customs duties, VAT, and import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
  • These fees are not controlled or added by Earned Everyday.

4. Shipping Guarantee

If a guaranteed delivery option is offered at checkout and your order does not arrive by the guaranteed date:

  • You are eligible for a refund of the shipping fee plus the guarantee fee.
  • This guarantee applies to the shipping cost only, not the product cost.

5. Returns, Exchanges & Incorrect Items

Because each product is printed and sewn to order:

  • We cannot accept returns or exchanges for sizing, color preference, or buyerโ€™s remorse.
  • If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
  • Replacement or refund decisions will follow Apliiqโ€™s defect and misprint policy guidelines.

6. Address Accuracy & Delivery Issues

Please double-check your shipping address before completing payment.

  • Earned Everyday is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
  • If an order is returned to sender, the customer is responsible for paying the reshipment cost.

7. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once your package is received by the carrier, delivery timelines are outside our control.

  • If a package is marked "Delivered" but not received, please contact the carrier directly.
  • If a package appears lost in transit, contact us and we will assist in tracking or initiating a claim when applicable.
