Our store is hosted by Shopify, which enables us to provide these Services.

Most products offered by Earned Everyday are produced on a custom, made-to-order / print-on-demand basis. As such:

  • Production times may vary
  • Colors, placement, size, or final appearance may differ slightly from digital previews
  • Product availability may change at any time

We make every effort to display accurate product descriptions and imagery; however, we cannot guarantee that your device’s display will perfectly match the final product.

We reserve the right to discontinue products or limit quantities at our discretion.

SECTION 3 – ORDERS

When you place an order, you are submitting an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order at our discretion.

Your order is not accepted until:

  1. Your payment is processed, and
  2. We confirm acceptance of your order.

Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, cancellations may not be possible once production begins.

If we refuse or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you via the email, billing address, or phone number provided at checkout.

All purchases are subject to our Return and Refund Policy [LINK], which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

You represent that purchases are for personal use and not for resale or export.

SECTION 4 – PRICES AND BILLING

All shipping and delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for:

  • Carrier delays
  • Weather conditions
  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses
  • High carrier volume
  • Other circumstances beyond our control

Once we transfer a product to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you. Packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier will be treated as delivered for the purposes of these Terms.

If a package is lost or damaged in transit, you are responsible for filing claims with the carrier. We may assist at our discretion.

SECTION 6 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on the Services—including logos, designs, images, text, graphics, and product descriptions—is the exclusive property of Earned Everyday or its licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

Shopify’s trademarks, as well as any third-party marks appearing on the Services, are the property of their respective owners.

Earned Everyday is powered by Shopify. However, any purchases are made directly with Earned Everyday. Shopify is not responsible for any transactions, products, or services provided by Earned Everyday.

You hereby release Shopify from any claims arising out of your interactions or transactions with Earned Everyday.

Your submission of personal information through the Services is governed by our Privacy Policy [LINK] and Shopify’s Privacy Policy.

Because Shopify hosts our online store, certain information is automatically transmitted to Shopify and third-party service providers to enable the functioning of the Services.
