RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
Effective Date: November 13, 2025
This Return and Refund Policy (“Policy”) applies to all purchases made from Earned Everyday (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) through our website and associated sales channels. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by the terms set forth below.
1. Custom, Made-to-Order Products
All products sold by the Company are produced on a print-on-demand basis. Each item is created specifically for the customer upon order placement.
Accordingly, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for non-defective items, including but not limited to:
Incorrect size ordered
Buyer’s remorse or change of mind
Dissatisfaction with color, style, or design preference
Errors in customer-provided shipping information
Customers are responsible for verifying all order details prior to checkout.
2. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If an item arrives defective, damaged, or materially incorrect, the customer must notify us within seven (7) calendar days of delivery.
Acceptable issues include, but are not limited to:
Printing defects
Incorrect item received
Manufacturing damage
Missing items
Upon timely notice and receipt of adequate photographic evidence, we will, at our discretion:
Replace the item at no cost, or
Issue a full or partial refund to the original payment method.
We do not require physical return of defective or incorrect items.
3. Lost or Missing Shipments
If a shipment is lost in transit, we will provide a replacement at no additional charge.
If a package is marked as delivered but is not received by the customer:
Allow 1–2 business days, as carriers may mark packages early.
Check with neighbors, mailrooms, or household members.
If the package does not appear, the customer must contact us for assistance.
The Company reserves the right to determine whether a replacement or other remedy is appropriate.
4. Order Modifications and Cancellations
Because production begins shortly after an order is placed, customers may request cancellation or modification within two (2) hours of order submission.
After this period, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations.
5. Final Sale Items
The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or refund unless defective:
Personalized items
Custom-name or custom-number products
Limited-release or special-edition products
6. Non-Returnable Items
To maintain product integrity and due to the nature of print-on-demand manufacturing, the Company does not accept physical returned merchandise.
Customers may retain, donate, or dispose of items as they see fit.
7. How to Submit a Claim
To submit a request for replacement or refund, customers must contact:

Full name
Order number
Description of the issue
Clear photos of the defective or incorrect item (if applicable)
We respond to all inquiries within 24–48 hours.
8. Policy Changes
The Company reserves the right to update, modify, or replace this Policy at any time.
All changes become effective immediately upon posting on our website.
9. Governing Law
This Policy shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
